Title: Hangers - Level 1

Reports to:

Job Type: Full-Time Hourly (Non-Exempt)

pay rate $18-21hr DOE

Job Summary: A Level -1 Handle, hanger will unload parts on overhead conveyor moving at approximate speeds of two 8-10 feet per minute. Will require standing at paint line for periods of up to 2 hours at a time.

Responsibilities:

· Able to hang parts (of different sizes, shapes) onto the automated powder coating line.

· Able to unhang parts (of different sizes, shapes) from the automated powder coating line.

· Place necessary screws and other hanging equipment on parts.

· Consistently monitor quality of product to maintain quality standards.

· Identify parts for inspection - as required (part of the overall quality control process)

· Update travelers and input as required per job.

· Maintaining workplace housekeeping to provide a safe, clean work environment.

Essential Functions Physical Requirements to do this job:

· Physical demands (lifting to 25lbs) when needed

· Pushing up to 40lbs when needed

· Carrying up to 25lbs (distance) 2ft when needed

· Loading and unloading material

· Walking about 10%

· Stationed about 75%

· Knelling, squatting, bending, when needed 15%

Skills:

· Mathematical knowledge

· Ability to use a measuring tape and other measuring instruments

· Detail Oriented

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED

· Understanding of production and manufacturing process

· Detail- oriented

· Willing to work late, early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary

· Team player
